Ribbons of coloured light weave through each other on a dark field, tapering to a point at both ends like a voice waveform. Five glowing strands braid across the screen, each one two sine waves summed and running at its own speed, so they cross, part and re-cross without ever repeating. Colour slides along a looping palette from one end to the other, overlaps bloom toward white without clipping, and a cosine envelope pinches every strand to a point at both edges. One fragment shader on a single full-screen triangle draws all of it. Click, or step in the lab, to crossfade through five palettes; the knobs set the strand count, waviness, core thickness and glow.
